EVA is a peculiar Spanish film. The setting is 2041 when the world is covered by snow. Humans can co-exist with robots that are pets and domestic helpers and yet a robot with human emotions is still in progress. Alex, a scientist who's in charge of designing the most intellectual robot begins to look for a real life model for the robot prototype and uncovers the serect.
Special effect is truly amazing and the director certainly knows how to tell a compelling story to keep the audience tuned in til the surprise ending! And this film raises a dilemma: do humans want a perfect robot just like us? But then the reason humans created robots simply because we are not perfect! Now what?!
