Andrew Lin was a marketing executive and he enjoyed hanging out in the coffee shops. He loved traveling and wondered why most café in Taiwan didn’t provide food. The recent economical crisis became a golden opportunity and he decided to start a café of his own. It’s a cozy place where meals are served all day long, including weekend brunch. He named this café after Puccini’s famous opera, “La bohème”. And just like the title suggested, this is a meeting place for authors, artists and musicians and serves delicious and inexpensive food. Andrew not only offers the 21st century necessity-wireless service for free but also kindly installs power socket under each table. The book shelf is full of books donated by customers. You’ll have a better understanding of the clientele simply by browsing through book titles for they represent the taste of the original book owners. You’re more than welcome to grab a book while sipping coffee and have fun reading.
A. There are only 30 seats. During the day it’s a café and it turns into a bistro at night. Feel free to chitchat, mingle, work, read, and daydream or whatever you feel like depending on your mood. You can have it all here-music, caffeine, calories and alcohol.
B. “Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iddido Coffee”﹙NT$170﹚and “Belgian Waffles With 3 Scoops Tropical Fruit Ice Cream”﹙NT$170﹚together will cool your off in the summer. This coffee has a romantic aroma of citrus, honey and jasmine.
C. “German Sausage Selection Plate”﹙NT$180﹚and “La Binchoise Beer”﹙NT$195﹚ from Belgium will put you at ease on summer nights. Take a bite of sausage and sip some Belgian beer-Just pretend that you’re on holidays in Europe, having a blast!
原本是行銷主管的Andrew Lin很喜歡泡咖啡館，熱愛旅行的他納悶為何大多數咖啡館不供餐，經濟危機成了轉機，他自己當老闆，標榜溫馨、全天供餐，週末有早午餐，以普契尼歌劇命名—波黑米亞咖啡食堂。如同歌劇中描述的，這裡是作家、藝術家、音樂家聚會場所，有好吃且平價的食物，不但免費提供21世紀必備的無線上網，更貼心的在每張桌子下設立插座。書架上滿滿都是客人捐贈的書籍，這裡的藏書也代表捐贈者的品味，歡迎前來享受邊喝咖啡邊閱讀的樂趣。

B. 衣索匹亞耶加雪夫單品咖啡﹙170元﹚和熱帶水果冰淇淋鬆餅﹙170元﹚是夏日消暑的最佳搭擋，咖啡帶著柑橘、蜂蜜和茉莉花香，非常浪漫。
C. 德國香腸三劍客拼盤﹙180元﹚和比利時的邦瓦士黑啤酒﹙195元﹚讓夏日夜晚更為悠閒，一口啤酒配上一口香腸，想像自己置身在歐洲度假，非常享受。
