This year Yi-Yuan will celebrate its 18th anniversary and throughout the years it always offers the most authentic Cantonese cuisine. Every course is prepared as a masterpiece of artwork in the making. As the cuisine goes beyond its limits and consequently becomes one of a kind exquisite gourmet food. Many influential elites and celebrities from abroad couldn’t stop raving about Yi-Yuan once they visited the restaurant and often asked for take-out orders before leaving Taiwan. A、 Bush set menu ﹙NT2,800+10% service charge﹚: Chicken with pineapple comes with one layer of crispy chicken thigh meat and another tender layer of seafood composite. Sliced pineapples and lemon juice provides the most crowd-pleasing sweet and sour taste.
B、 Thatcher set menu ﹙NT2,800+10% service charge﹚: Australian lobster wraps uses traditional Cantonese ingredients: fisch mushrooms, brown mushrooms and crab yolk proteins and the texture is magnificent!
C、 Malaysian Tan Sri Dato' Seri set menu ﹙NT4,000+10% service charge﹚:Shark fin soup is served with chicken stock that’s stewed for eight hours, mousse made of egg whites and Hokkaido scallops, crab meat and the highest grade of shark fins. Enjoy every sip to the fullest because it’s very precious!

B、 柴契爾夫人套餐﹙每位2,800元+一成服務費﹚中的竹笙龍蝦卷是道非常廣式的料理,以香菇、竹笙將澳洲龍蝦包裹,再以蟹粉調味,是傳統菜色最佳典範!
C、 馬來西亞拿督套餐﹙每位4,000元+一成服務費﹚中的上湯浮雲海虎翅是熬煮八小時的雞湯配上北海道干貝和蛋白打成的慕絲、蟹肉,每一口都非常珍貴!
