I received an invitation to a party at the last minute. Not knowing what the party is for, I got dressed and showed up at 8 pm as promised. When the girl at the entrance asked for my business card, I had no idea what it's for.
When I arrived at the party, they were playing bingo. I thought I walked into the wrong party, wondering if this is an event for senior folks. I know I just turned 34 but I'm not that old yet.
Before the party was over, I won a limited edition watch from the raffle draw - the brand is called Frederique Constant. I never heard of it but I'm quite pleased. Among 1,888 of this limited edition, mine is #56.
We're off to a very merry holiday season!
