Tim & Mel Pâtisserie and Bistro是個平易近人、溫暖的小餐館。主廚Tim以推廣法式料理甜品的經營哲學，好吃美味又不傷荷包。別讓他陽光帥氣的外表給唬住了，他不但精通廚藝，更是個成功的經營者。由他親自為我下廚，並且零距離地看著他調理食材，看在眼裡的、吃在嘴裡的都是滿足啊! 人生簡單的幸福，樂在其中!
只有二十個座位，我個人偏愛吧台區的高腳椅，這是全場視野最佳的位置!
Tim & Mel Pâtisserie and Bistro is a cozy and down-to-earth place. Chef Tim makes French cuisine / pastry so affordable and delicious. Don't let his good look fool you. He's an excellent chef and a great restaurateur. Having a relaxing lunch while Chef Tim prepares and cooks my meal in front of me is such a pleasure. I'm lovin' it!
There are nly 20 seats available but my favorite seating area is the bar stools. BEST VIEW IN THE HOUSE!
