Sparkle Pâtisserie日前在台中開幕，這般大器規模與優雅風格在中台灣前所未見，肯定是目前最具規模的法式甜品輕食店。經典的空間設計，舒服寬敞。吧台只能坐五個人，但個人覺得這是整個餐廳視野最佳的位子。大門在右邊，左邊是用餐空間，正前方的門通往廚房，可見廚師忙裡忙外。另外也有一個隱密性高的用餐環境。
馬卡龍（macaroon）是最熱銷商品，客人買來送禮給朋友或家人。三層高的下午茶套餐由下而上，鹹點到甜食。司康（scone）一甜一鹹，令人驚艷的好滋味，必吃！
Sparkle Pâtisserie的主廚們都受過國外知名烹飪學校的嚴格專業訓練，為中台灣帶來最新鮮、最具創意的甜品輕食，這讓住在台灣首都的人們羨慕不已，因為Sparkle Pâtisserie決定不考慮台北，而以台中為開店的第一首選。
Sparkle Pâtisserie is newly open in Taichung, not to mention that it’s never seen before in central Taiwan where a French patisserie / bistro is built with such grand style and grace.
The space is elegant and yet comfortable. The bar area can seat only 5 people but I find it as the best seat in the entire place. The front door is on your right and the dining area is on your left while the door in front leads to the kitchen where you’ll see chefs go in and out. There’s a semi-private dining area if privacy is preferred.
Macaroons are top sellers and people often buy them as gifts for friends & families. The three tier afternoon tea set is a dine-in favorite. The savory treats are placed on the bottom, working your way up. The scones are phenomenal, one is sweet and the other is savory. MUST HAVE!
Chefs at Sparkle Pâtisserie are all professional trained overseas in renowned culinary schools, bringing the freshest pastries and creative desserts to Central Taiwan. For those living in the capital city of Taiwan we’re green with envy that Sparkle Pâtisserie chose Taichung as its first location and not Taipei.
