Louise Hsiang’s dream was to open a restaurant that specialized in brunch. Now she owns two – the second one just opened last November next to Dun-Nan SOGO department store. Residents in the neighborhood as well as parents whose children attend a nearby private school have changed their lifestyle because of Hsiang The Brunch. They rise and shine early for a hearty brunch. The dreamy looking building and the pink-purple interior provide a fairytale like dining environment, making it difficult for customers to wake up from this doll house!
All the newest items are marked with a star sign on the menu. Aside from the signature brunch dishes there are also pasta and risotto available as alternative choices. Recently many medical doctors and dieticians claim that breakfast is the more important meal of the day and therefore you should eat like a king. Italian style Hsiang’s brunch set menu﹙NT540﹚is luxurious and affordable, providing you enough energy for the entire day! The set includes mimosa﹙or cranberry yogurt smoothie﹚, vegetable frittata, bacon Caesar salad, three kinds of bread, soup of the day, risotto with sausages & mushrooms, pan-fried veal with mashed potato in rosemary sauce and vanilla panna cotta. Brunch is served all day long, using imported meat and organic vegetables and eggs. When ordering brunch a glass of treetop apple juice and a cup of tea or coffee are complimentary. Hsiang The Brunch only offers the finest coffee beans from Julius Meinl – Vienna’s leading specialty coffee for 145 years. It’s valued at NT550 per 1/2 lb. and its taste is unforgettable!
