Dinner at Rachel & William's





Nothing beats a home-cooked meal.

Rachel’s home cooking style is very spontaneous – anything goes. However, she does stick to one principle – Healthy. So, there are plenty of leafy green, vegetables, salads, fruits & nuts. Except for natural fat from red meat there’s barely any grease. Satisfaction is guaranteed without providing any starch or carbohydrate. Needless to say we always eat well at Rachel & William’s, not to mention ample supply of wine.

最美味的佳餚是家常菜。

瑞老師的廚藝挺隨性的,甚至有點天馬行空。但是她謹守一個原則: 健康。

所以,桌上永遠有綠色葉菜類、各式蔬菜、水果和堅果類。除了紅肉的天然脂肪,根本沒有油脂。滿意飽足一餐卻不需要澱粉類的食物。在瑞老師和威廉哥這對賢伉儷家,總是吃得很好,也有源源不絕的葡萄酒。
