In Taiwan the population who relies on eating out continues to grow and consumers are becoming more health conscious. A delicious bento box with only natural ingredients is finally introduced! The general manager of Real Taste, Mr. Chong Kun-chi believes that natural fresh ingredients are tasty as the way they are and a healthy diet can be undermined by overly-processed foods. Therefore nothing is deep-fried at Real Taste and no monosodium glutamate ﹙also known as MSG﹚will be added. With such a healthy approach Real Taste received overwhelming feedbacks from the beginning. Every ingredient is either certified organic or grown in non-toxic and non-contaminated environment. Mr. Chong visits each place of production to ensure safety. He prepares food with the simplest method and uses rock salt from the Himalayas. Every bite gives you the most original real good taste!

Every bento box comes with five basics, from pickles, appetizer, steamed vegetable, egg and tofu and the flavors vary everyday. The main dish is served over a bed of whole grain rice. The newest bento box is braised ribs ﹙NT125﹚and the meat is tender and not greasy at all. For vegetarians wild mushrooms bento box ﹙NT100﹚has fewer calories but can satisfy every woman’s appetite. Kong-Bao chicken ﹙NT100﹚and teriyaki fish ﹙NT150﹚are still tasty even when they’re served after being set aside ‘till cold.

Due to the rarity of the ingredients used in bento box, Real Taste can only produce limited amount daily and therefore it’s best to call in advance. For delivery please submit your order of 10 or more by fax.
