In Taiwan where can you find a restaurant that provides the quality and service of Euro-style fine dining but charges a fraction of the price like a bistro? It took two years to make this dream, GALERIE Bistro, come true and its owner Ely worked on every detail possible, from cutlery, tables & chairs, décor, menu and wine list, all represent Ely’s style and grace. The building structure was originally built 80 years ago during the Japanese occupation period and passed on to Ely through inheritance. After renovation GALERIE Bistro is now considered a best kept secret. Ely’s idea is to present a contemporary European bistro, using imported quality ingredients and fine china & tableware along with top-notch service. The décor is all-white and the style is elegant simplicity, making GALERIE Bistro cozy and yet irresistible.
GALERIE Bistro launched a soft opening on July 26th and the menu has been adjusted accordingly. French crêpe comes in savory and sweet flavors and Italian panini sandwiches have received positive reviews. Wild mushrooms & chicken royal with sauce supreme ﹙NT210﹚along with fresh fruit tea ﹙NT200﹚is ideal for afternoon snack. If you have room for desserts, fudge brownie cake ﹙NT160﹚is incredible! The combination of Belgian chocolate and vanilla ice cream is marvelous and unforgettable! Roasted beef and caramelized onions ﹙NT280﹚serves U.S. prime beef and rarely seen in Taiwan - authentic French fries! It is one satisfying meal and the good taste will linger in your mouth! Take a few moments to sit in the garden to enjoy European style relaxation while sipping Ceylon Tea ﹙NT180﹚and you’ll be the envy of every passerby! 7月26日開始試賣，菜單不定時調整，輕食以法式薄餅﹙甜、鹹口味﹚和義大利三明治最受好評；以雪利酒、白醬和野蘑菇調味的雞肉野菇薄餅﹙210元﹚口味道地，配上新鮮水果冰茶﹙200元﹚是適合午後的點心。飯後點比利時布朗尼﹙160元﹚，濃郁的巧克力和香草冰淇淋同時入口的幸福，嘗過必難忘！烘烤牛肉三明治﹙280元﹚採用牛排等級的美國牛肉，附上正統的法式薯條，美味百分百！餐後喝斯里蘭卡茶﹙180元﹚，坐在花園裡享受歐式悠閒，讓經過的路人羨慕不已！貼心的叮嚀：一定要事先訂位以免向隅！
