Starting in 1973 Master Huang worked for the Hilton, Grand Hotel and Ritz Landis in Taiwan, learning everything about French cuisine. In 1991 he decided to open his own business by providing affordable French food to the general public. He has accumulated over 30 years of experience in French cuisine, making him a true master in his craft.
Currently you can find Chateau Lisa in four locations with one in Taichung and the rest are in the Taipei area. Many regular patrons began coming to Chateau Lisa when they were little. When they grew up, they introduced their friends to Chateau Lisa. Eventually they started a family of their own and soon enough three generations of families would be all fond of the French cuisine that Chateau Lisa is famous for.
Master Huang confessed that he rarely spent money on advertising. However, his business grew rapidly simply through word of mouth even though the locations are hidden in the alley. On the other hand the An-Ho branch is situated in the heart of Taipei’s affluent district. As a result it attracts many of Taiwan’s elite. Matchmaking between the rich & famous often takes place in Chateau Lisa and the success rate is extremely high.
A former president’s daughter met her prince charming during a dinner at Chateau Lisa and ever since then this restaurant is constantly under the media spotlight. The best deal is the Banquet menu and that is also the reason that many companies choose to have meetings or luncheons at Chateau Lisa. The Banquet Menu offers every exquisite dish in French cuisine, satisfying your taste bud at once!
As food prices reaches a new height restaurant business is heavily affected by it. In addition consumers don’t go out to eat as often as they used to. Just when every restaurant raises the prices in the menu, Chateau Lisa continues to offer their signature Banquet Menu (999NT per person+10% service charge; the minimum is five people). Such affordable price may shock a lot of customers, wondering if the quality will be adjusted accordingly.
The basic in the Banquet Menu includes a salad bar that offers more than 30 choices of vegetables and fruits, soup, dessert and drinks. You must save room for appetizers and main courses. Four appetizers will be served as the following: baked snails, goose liver pate, sauté tuna fish with herbs and Marseillaise seafood soup.
And here comes the highlight of the Banquet Menu: Chateau Lisa’s signature dish German pig knuckle with sauerkrauts, the stable in French cuisine lamb chops in herbs style and sauté US rib eye steak. In the last 18 months the prices of US beef has doubled and many restaurants may switch from US beef to Australian beef due to pricing concerns. Master Huang insists the quality of the meat that Chateau Lisa serves without raising the prices. 大家口中的「黃師傅」從民國六十二年開始,就陸續在台灣早期知名的飯店學習法式料理,包括希爾頓、圓山和亞都。民國八十年黃師傅決定創業自己當老闆,到現在為止,他的法式料理經驗已經超過三十年歷史,目前盛鑫花園歐法小館經營四個地點,有三家餐廳在台北,還有一家位在台中。這些年以來,很多老顧客從小時候由父母帶來盛鑫花園用餐,長大之後就自己和朋友一起來,進而到三代同堂前往盛鑫花園舉行家庭聚餐。
雖然鮮少刊登廣告,光是靠口耳相傳就讓深藏在巷弄裡的盛鑫花園生意興隆。黃師傅說,因為盛鑫花園安和店位居台北市的精華地帶,常有政商名流到此聚餐,不時還有企業家第二代在此進行相親,曾經有政治人物的女兒在這裡結識現在的老公,頓時讓盛鑫花園聲名大噪。雖然餐廳的名氣很響亮,但是盛鑫花園對於每一個在此用餐的客人都是一視同仁,絕對不會有差別待遇。
盛鑫花園標榜的是「最高檔的美食,最平民的價位」,打破大家對於法式餐廳的印象,不會在看到價格之後落荒而逃。而且黃師傅堅持要至少五個人一起來吃才划算,因此很多公司行號開會聚餐或是私人派對慶生都是點選在盛鑫花園的宴會菜單,因為一次就可以品嚐到所有法式料理的著名菜色,滿足老饕的胃口!
近年來物價上漲,消費者上餐館的機會逐漸減少,但是盛鑫花園持逆向操作,推出一人只要999元的宴會菜單(至少五人以上;外加一成服務費)。如此優惠的價格讓人難以置信,但是吃過的人都讚不絕口!宴會菜單提供有三十多種選項的沙拉吧,熱湯、飯後甜點和飲料,但是一定要把胃口留給開胃菜和主菜。
開胃菜就有四種,勃根地烤田螺、鵝肝醬、嫩煎黑椒鮪魚和馬賽海鮮湯。主菜的內容更是豐富,除了有盛鑫花園的招牌菜德國豬腳和法式料理不可少的羊排,還有嫩煎美國肋眼牛排!從去年到現在,美國進口牛肉的價格已經漲了至少一倍,因為對於肉質的要求,黃師傅不願意改用澳洲牛肉,再加上客人也偏愛吃美國牛肉,黃師傅只得繼續供應,卻沒有隨著原料物價上漲而調整價格。盛鑫花園對於美食的堅持,只要來過一次你就會被
